My experience with John’s counselling was eye opening. John has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He helped me to understand the root cause of my issues and made me feel at ease with empathy and compassion. He helped me to accept some hard choices and guided me to the realisation that those choices were in the best interest, for my wellbeing and mental health. It was my first session with John and I will continue to utilise his service in the future.

John is person who can feel your pain and is there to help and guide you what’s best. The environment is relaxed and calm. Even though I cried John made me feel calm. I would highly recommend John thank you again I look forward to my next session.

Today I went to Johns place, for the first time. I am mature age, and having only been to one other councillor in my life, I was hoping that he would be good. I know I need help, I've had some tough things to navigate in life so far, and I'm in some heavy weather right now. I left feeling much better, and starting to make a list of the next things for us to discuss. He was relaxing, clearly experienced, and competent. Thank you John.

First time meeting John Although I spent most of our session explaining my life so far he had a positive and understanding response and also left me questioning myself in a good way.

First time ever going to a councillor , and very unsure ! , but all I can say is that John made me feel at ease straight away . His compassion , warmth , knowledge , has more than exceeded my high expectations and after one session has finally put me on the right path for the beginning of the rest of my life , looking forward to meeting with him again .
